Refunds

• How long will the refund process take?

Refunds are initiated within 3 days of product inspection.

Online payments are refunded within 3-7 business days after we have received the product. Cash on delivery payment is refunded within 10 - 15 business days after we have received the product.

*With respect to the transfers made online, the refund will be directed to the respective bank account. Cash on delivery returns are made on the account details shared.
